Pupils from Year 7, 8a and 8b had participated in a cycling weekend residential trip on Sunday 17th July 2016 to Monday 18th July 2016 to Deepdale Granary on the Norfolk coast.
The trip was organised to provide a whole day of cycling in the Norfolk Broads. The trip was enriching experience for our students which we hope will encourage and motivate them to become life long cyclist providing a healthy lifestyle option, Inshallah.
The trip involved hiking on the first day with an early night in preparation for a day of cycling on the second day. The trip was an educational experience. The trip enabled our pupils to develop personal and social skills. Pupils also had the opportunity to play football on the beach. The group were accompanied by three members of staff and a member from the school Shura.
